In this market it is all about price. Space is space and one has to be competitive. I terminated my agreements with two other storage companies as the double digit increase were out of line. These folks are great!

place was mostly clean, my only complaint is the ceiling was made of chicken wire, which made me a little nervous as to critters sneaking in, but it's been a few months and so far my stuff has been fine!

This was a very quick turn-around time. The service tech encouraged me to view the storage unit before the transaction was complete, I thought this was a nice touch to be sure I had enough room for all my items. Very friendly. Was really happy with the amount of space for the price.

Overall I was happy with the service, location and staff. The maintenance guy Jack was a hoot! I could have talked with him all day. Gary who runs it was also friendly to me and called me right away when I left a personal item behind. On a side note the location is convenient, and the storage units have a raised lip, so that in the event of a flood, your stuff won't get wet. No need to put a pallet down. Nice touch!

Overall, great experience. Friendly assistance, great pricing. They also recommended a different unit other than what I reserved. I am glad I listened because the other unit would've been too small. Units are very clean.

The add said $1 first month the man said that was a lie it's another company. Didn't provide locks to buy or anything else. But it wasn't a bad place.
